90/120 minute Ashiatsu sessions include: Ashiatsu Sole-Deep, traditional Swedish, Shiatsu, Hot Stone Therapy, silicone cupping, organic creme, herbal infused and essential oils

90 minute Swedish sessions include: traditional Swedish massage for a lighter touch, nurturing, circulatory full-body session, with added specific focus on chronic areas of stress includes: Hot Stone massage & essential oils Shiatsu, silicone cupping, organic creme, herbal infused and essential oils  

60/90 minute Prenatal massage offers a maternity pillow that allows the mother-to-be (up through 2nd trimester) to receive a nuturing Swedish massage face down, with a "bowl" for the baby to float as the mother releases tension, stress and toxins for pregancy health and relief.  Mothers in their 3rd trimester can lay side-line on both sides with pillows and bolster support, to receive restorative pregancy massage

60 minute Reiki session offers hands on for energy balancing, light "as a butterfly" pressure, entirely clothed on the table with bolster & blanket for support and comfort for complete relaxation, stress reduction and promotion of healing.  By channeling this energy through the hands, a Reiki practitioner can help to remove the blockages to restore balance in the body, mind and spirit.
